It looks like you addressed the question appropriately. I think that you meant "call the hotel directly" rather than "call the hotel directory," so that definitely needs changing.
I have other quibbles with the style and tense. The easiest thing for me is just to re-write it for style, so here is my version, and you may ignore it or use parts of it as you wish.
I answered the phone with a "thank you for calling", gave my name, and politely asked the caller's name in return, so that I could speak to her on a more personal and professional level.
In this case, the client wanted to book a hotel room on-line and she needed to be sure it had two beds. She was unsure whether the room that she picked would have what she needed because the only information given said that it was a "standard room" and she didn't know what that meant.
I apologized for not having any information beyond what was on-line, but gave her my best advice and told her to call the hotel directly, and also to make sure that the description specifically said "two beds," because otherwise it would be based upon availability when she checked in. This way she could be sure that she could get exactly what she needed.
After I was sure that she was satisfied and had everything that she needed, I thanked her for calling and said goodbye.
