I'm making my own low calorie chocolate chip cookie recipe..
I'm sick of this recipe that is constantly shared around that claims to only have 60 calories when infact has at least 90. : http://74.125.155.132/search?q=cache:MF_NAw1If1oJ:cookingdonelight.com/blog/2007/10/08/low-calorie-low-fat-chewy-chocolate-chip-cookies/+low+calorie+chococlate+chip+cookies&cd=7&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=au

I worked this one out on calorieking so all the measurements are right (if you buy the products in Australia).
Does it sound like it could work? Other recipes I have made are usually too cake like and spongey..hopefully this tastes like a cookie :)

80 chocolate chips (220 calories)
1 cup of splenda (88 calories)
2 tablespoons of brown sugar (96 calories)
1/3 cup of plain flour (178 calories)
1/3 cup of self raising flour (180 calories)
1/3 Lowan stoneground whole meal flour (157 calories)
1 egg white (16 calories)
1 teaspon Vanilla essence( 5 calories)
1 tablespoon logicol extra light (41 calories)
1 teaspoon baking powder

Makes 24
42 calories each Cookie
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together. Combine both ingredients slowly, e.g. stir little bits of wet ingredient into dry. Roll into large/heaped teaspoon sized portion and flatten on baking paper. Put in fridge for 10mins. Put in oven at 180 degrees celcius.

Make carrot cookies instead. 220 calories is a lot for chocolate chips. And the average chocolate chip cookies only use 60 chocolate chips anyway.
