I haven't been able to get to google. I have been able to access my adwords account through other links but as soon as I try and get to google.com it gives me an error.

They called me saying saying they were Adwords, but i was billed by internet perfection. . I know i can list my advertisement in yahoo adwords but i only want it to be advertised in Yahoo questions/ answers page. can this be done and how much does it cost.
