I want to dye my hair a little darker. Naturally, it is similar to my current color but I got goldish highlights in my hair, so I tried to dye my whole head back to its normal color (medium brown), but the highlights are still visible in their growing-out stage.

I've heard Loreal Paris hair dye is the best brand, so can you please choose a color you think is right for me?

I am of course aware that text in bold is given more importance by search engine spiders looking for keywords, as with header tags and links.

Is it the case that <strong> serves exactly the same purpose as <b>?

Also if div tags are used and font-weight: is made bold is this also read by spiders in the same way ?

My website has a Page #1 Google Ranking for my Primary Keyword, but is only sells products for UK-based customers, and right now, people in the UK who search the same term don't see it come up, but if your in America and search the term, it comes up. How do I let Google know that my site is UK and needs to target UK? it has a .com domain.
